About

Hello there, 😊

My name is Mo’ and I have always been passionate about faith, health and matters of the heart.

In 2010, I discovered my ability to write and started a blog called ‘Fountain Flows’. I also discovered that I was blessed with interesting insights about dating, relationships and even marriage.

That period was definitive for me, as the blog was borne out of instruction, with a mandate to challenge mental models and inspire people to elevate.

It gave me the opportunity to share my gifts with others, and opened me up to rich experiences.

Over the years, I continued to write posts on the blog and eventually transitioned to Facebook notes and posts where I shared insights God put in my heart. There, I began to build a community and interact more personally with people. Folks reached out to me inbox for advice and counsel on faith and their relationships.

In 2013, my desire to contribute my quota to the health industry led me to a Masters degree in Public Health. Having worked in Government, I believed that an effective way to make positive changes in health was at policy level.  So, I began to build my career in Health Policy and Management.

In 2018, I went through a series of toxic and traumatic experiences that eventually led to a break down in my health and well-being. This was a major turning point in my life.

Since 2018, God has led me through a quite a number of what I term “Learning Experiences” that have taught me major life lessons. Having applied these lessons, I have experienced results that have consequently improved the quality of my being. These gave me a new sense of direction and purpose.

I am particularly passionate about the single life because its role, though vital is underplayed in our society. It is the genesis. The quality of your choices and being as a single will determine the quality of your relationship/marriage. I believe healthy, whole and fulfilled single people create healthy and successful relationships. To be successfully married, you first have to be successfully single.

Too many people do not know how to be successfully single…and I don’t mean money.

It has been an interesting, ongoing journey of healing, recovery and restoration for me. I have learnt so much, for myself and to help others.

I hope that as I share my insights and experiences with you, they inspire you to grow and elevate. I also look forward to interacting with you more personally.

I am here to work and grow with you.

Welcome to Mo’ Omoregee!
